Ways to Connect to Palmetto GBA

Palmetto GBA places a great deal of importance on provider education. Our website contains thousands of articles to help providers achieve success in caring for their Medicare patients. Medicare providers also have resources available by telephone via our Provider Contact Center (PCC), which includes individual assistance from our dedicated service representative team.

Additionally, we offer several other online resources.

Palmetto GBA’s eServices, a free internet-based, self-service portal, provides timely information and numerous important services for providers. Registration for eServices is free.

Palmetto GBA offers an automatic chat feature called Sage. Sage is an A.I. chatbot available on our website during extended hours, from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. ET, Monday through Friday.

If your staff needs a brush-up on topics ranging from clinical laboratory billing to hospice election to how to register for eServices, Palmetto GBA’s Provider Outreach and Education YouTube channel is available.
