The benefit year 2009 Part D Potential Exclusion Warning reports are now available. In the April 7, 2014 Health Plan Management System (HPMS) memo titled, “Guidance for the Part D Payment Reconciliation Reopening for Calendar Year 2009”, CMS indicated that the Part D Potential Exclusion Warning reports would be available in August 2014. CMS is releasing the reports earlier in order to provide Part D sponsors with additional time to review and take the appropriate action necessary to address the Prescription Drug Event (PDE) records found in the report.
