To subscribe to the mailing list, simply send a message with the word 'subscribe RAPS or PART D or BOTH' in the Subject: field.

There are 2 email lists, one for PART D and BOTH and a separate one for RAPS.
The message should be sent to one of the following email addresses for the appropriate email list with one of the following in the Subject field

To: mcomaillist@palmettogba.com
Subject: subscribe RAPS

OR

To: mapdpmaillist@palmettogba.com
Subject: subscribe PART D or
Subject: subscribe Both
