As a reminder, the deadline for submission of Calendar Year 2007 data (1/1/07 through 12/31/07) is January 31, 2009. This deadline date occurs on a Saturday.

To ensure sufficient time to edit discrepancies in submitted 2007 data, CMS is suggesting submitting your 2007 data by close of business Thursday, January 29, 2009. All data submitted by this time should avail the opportunity of return receipt to edit discrepant data prior to the established 2009 Submission Deadline and Sweep Date.
